Fred was recently promoted to hiscurrent position and manages the company's online business. His previousexperience in the online travel industry involves creating one of the firstfull service online travel agency's in Europe. Jean Heger has been appointed Vice President of Business Development. Jeanjoined Rail Europe in 1984 and has worked across a range of positionsincluding inside sales, regional sales and more recently as Vice President ofSales & Product, managing both the National Sales Team and the ProductDevelopment Team. In her new role, Jean will continue to oversee the company'srelationships with rail suppliers, while also developing new business andpartnership opportunities beyond Rail Europe's current product portfolio.Ludy Reyna has been appointed Vice President of Operations. 
Ludy began hercareer in the travel industry with Reservations Control Inc in 1988 and beganworking for Rail Europe in 2003. Her previous positions with Rail Europeinclude Customer Service Supervisor and most recently, Director of Operations.Based in the Rosemont IL office, she now manages the company's Contact Centerwith a staff of approx 70. Nadia Khris-Arnal has been appointed Vice President of Project and ProcessManagement. Her career was launched as a Key Account Manager at Procter andGamble in 1998.

Nadiajoined Rail Europe in 2006 as Director of the Group Department. In her newrole, Nadia will be involved in the company's long term commercial planning Peter Rahaman has been appointed Vice President of Sales. He joined RailEurope in 2005, as Vice President of Operations. In his new capacity as VicePresident of Sales, Peter will manage the company's Sales Division and Groupand Customer Relations Departments. Most recently he worked forVisit Britain's New York based office and was responsible for building itsNorth American Call Center.
Beth De Marte, Director of Marketing for Rail Europe has recently had her roleexpanded and in her new capacity she will assume overall responsibility forthe entire Marketing Department. Beth joined Rail Europe in 2004 where sheheld positions as Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing Projects. Beth'ssixteen year marketing career has included positions at Standard & Poor's (ADivision of the McGraw-Hill Companies), IBM and Tauck World Discovery. Simone Ruf, Director of Products will report directly to Rail Europe's ChiefCommercial Officer under the company's new management structure. Simone beganher career in 1993 as a Sales Specialist with Hertz Rent a Car. She joinedRail Europe in 1998 as the Area Sales Manager for NY/NJ and then moved on tocover the New England region.
