Thefinely appointed cabin has three distinct temperature zones and a maximumaltitude rating of 7,000 feet (2,134 meters), providing passengers withpremium comfort.Launched in May 2006, the Lineage 1000 is the largest and most refinedexecutive jet in Embraer's portfolio. It is one of four membersof the E-Jets family, which now operates in 35 countries and has flown morethan 2.2 million hours. The certification confirms the Lineage 1000's maximum takeoff weight(MTOW) of 120,150 pounds (54,500 kg), and authorizes the jet to operate underExtended Operations rules (ETOPS 120). This clearance demonstrates theaircraft's capability of flying routes that have a diversion airport up to 120minutes from the flight path. Therefore, the Lineage 1000 can fly longdistances over oceans, deserts and other inhospitable areas, thus increasingits operational range, anywhere in the world.Approval has also been granted for the newly designed auxiliary fuelsystem, which is compliant with the latest SFAR 88 safety requirements and isseamlessly integrated with the state-of-the-art Honeywell Primus Epic(R)avionics suite, where automation reduces pilot workload. The STC validates the modifications in the fully customizable executivejet interior, the inflight accessible cargo compartment, and the oxygensystem. This document may contain projections, statements and estimates regardingcircumstances or events yet to take place.

Wigton then flung the ball out wide, and with the help of some poor defending, saw themselves once again over the Morpeth try line; however the conversion was missed this time to take the score to 29-0.Instead of letting their heads drop even more, Morpeth embarked on their best attacking play of the whole match, the big forwards rumbled forwards, bringing in more and more Wigton defenders who were anxious to keep a clean sheet, after a period of prolonged pressure by the forwards, it was judged a good time to go wide, and as centre Grant Cavner fixed his man and pass it outside to winger James Jones, who fully exploited an overlap to score in the corner, a missed conversion made the final score 5-29 to Wigton, a score which did not reflect the competitiveness of the match. . Last month, Huntsman Corp agreed to terminate its $6.5billion agreement to be acquired by Apollo Management's HexionSpecialty Chemicals Inc subsidiary. The Hexion-Huntsman deal has been locked in legal battlesfor months.

Apollo's Hexion Specialty Chemicals unit had agreedto buy Huntsman in July 2007, but the deal faltered amid thecredit crisis and legal battles. Apollo and Hexion tried to walk away from the deal, citinginsolvency concerns about the combined company. Huntsman said it would continue its lawsuit against CreditSuisse (CSGN.VX) and Deutsche Bank (DBKGn.DE) in Texas. Thecompany has argued that the banks conspired with Apollo andinterfered with Huntsman's prior merger pact with previoussuitor Basell. Huntsman said it had filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuitthat had been pending in Texas state court in Montgomery Countyagainst Apollo and its affiliates. Huntsman's counterclaims against Hexion SpecialtyChemicals, Apollo and its affiliates in the Delaware Court ofChancery have been stayed, pending the filing of a motion bythe parties to dismiss all claims and appeals in that state.
