They deal million French accounts. They are therefore well placed to determine their priority needs and their major budget items. Local services listed at the top of the concerns of their clients, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, LCL or Société Générale have each developed this type of benefits, playing the intermediary between users and providers. In Viavita, a subsidiary of Credit Agricole, Olivier Néel, its Director General, explained: "As we are an economic actor in the service of the territories, we considered that this activity was convergent with the sustainable relationship that the Bank wants to maintain with our customers."
But the sector may be carrying, banks face sometimes difficulties, in the image of the Caisse d'Epargne, which although part very early in this diversification, withdrew the offer. However, it retains a partnership with Serena, platform dedicated to services to the person, born just after the Borloo legislation of the will of three insurers (Macif, Maif and MGEN) and Caisse d'Epargne. Credit Agricole and LCL, it is the subsidiary Viavita (subsidiary of Pacifica, insurer of the Group), structure created specifically for services to the person in charge. "As a Bank, we did not have much expertise in the human services, this is why we wanted, first, test the offer, the quality of the networks of distribution of providers," said Olivier Néel. Offers of banks, there are two models. The first ensures that the development in relation to the client with the providers it has referenced. Once the implementation carried out relationship, the Bank withdrew from the game. It is the client negotiates the conditions, which pays the invoice, etc. It is the choice made by BNP Paribas.

In the second case, the Bank handles everything relating to payment. A solution favoured by the Crédit Agricole, LCL or Société Générale. "It is much more comfortable for the client because we take all supports, explains Olivier Néel." It selects the claimant on the quality of its service, managing all the administrative formalities; the client does not have to worry about contract of employment, payroll records, replacement in case of sickness or leave. When the service is recurrent, the claimant sends his record of intervention of the month to the Bank, which then invoice the customer. The latter then has the possibility to settle by Cesu or be debited from his account. It also provides its tax count.
Société Générale has made the same choice and signed a partnership with Groupama, which, moreover, created green Ant with families rural and MSA. "Groupama subsidiary dedicated to services to the person is approved Act Borloo and specializing in services to the person, explains to the General society." SDSAP, thus called this subsidiary, offers a complete service: implementation relationship with referenced providers, billing, edition of summary tax, claims management, quality monitoring... The Bank is committed to find the proper claimant within 48 hours.
How much does it cost
At Credit Agricole in LCL, the offer is available on subscription. Its price settled at 7 euros for the clientele of the farm credit (available to subscribers of contracted insurance-housing "re-equipment nine") or 8 euros for LCL customer. At BNP Paribas, the offer is available from 3 euros for holders of a spirit contract free reference or mind free first. Otherwise, the subscription is 72 euros per year. At Société Générale, not subscription system, just an 30 euros (EUR 15 for the Jazz members) entrance fee. In all cases, subscription as entry fee, they receive the 50 tax reduction (see box).
Same thing for service benefits, the cost of which varies from one bank to another. But steps from surprise view, rates being listed on the sites of the banks and in their brochures. Rates in general higher than when the individual deals online. Because, to be referenced, providers pay a commission. In fact, the market barely grow. To accelerate the dissemination, Crédit Agricole has therefore decided to include his offer to subscribers of a contract of insurance-housing as well as to all staff.
